Kentucky musician and composer Ben Sollee, has been blurring boundaries with his musical style and career for nearly two decades – his latest album, Long Haul (2024) is no exception. Klark Kint, a singer-songwriter, was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. Despite growing up in the inner city, he developed a deep in-fascination with the outdoors, particularly the woods. It was during his first solo performance in church that he discovered his true passion for singing, and he hasn't looked back since. 

Equal parts classic songwriter and modern-day storyteller, Gabe Lee has built his own bridge between country, folk and rock. Unlike his previous autobiographical albums, his latest release Drink the River holds up a mirror to reflect the world of his listeners. Lee isn't just writing songs about himself; he's writing songs about all of us.

Palmyra explores the fusion of traditional folk string instruments, lush harmony, and earnest songwriting. This trio nods toward Appalachian and Midwestern Americana, with intricate arrangements that create the illusion of a full, larger-than-three ensemble.

Texas blues-rock musician Ally Venable has made her fiery presence known around the world with her ferocious guitar work and sparkling vocals. While working closely with living legends like Joe Bonamassa and Buddy Guy, Ally’s sound is fully contemporary, rooted in the bedrock of American music.

All proceeds go towards our Guitars for Kids program. Your contribution allows us to share the joy of music with thousands of kids who would otherwise be without a music education!

We are so proud to announce the completion of our very first Write to Rock program at East Side Elementary. Write to Rock is a five-week afterschool workshop where students work with seasoned songwriting professionals to create their very own musical masterpieces. The program will wrap on May 9th with a live celebratory showcase at Songbirds where a full band performs the students’ songs!
